It may be the “slow” season in Aspen – but not at Jimmy’s. Since 1997, Jimmy’s has been Aspen’s neighborhood bar, restaurant, and gathering place. From Saturday night salsa to Sunday football, Jimmy’s defines the concept of “Aspen Institution.” American food characterizes the menu. You’ll find steaks, seafood and classic comfort dishes like meatloaf and mac & cheese. Whether you’re a local looking for a bite and a lively bar scene or a visitor dining out for a special occasion, Jimmy’s is it. This is the place where you can take your family to dinner, booze with your girlfriends, salsa with that hot guy or take your newest crush for a glass of wine.

Jimmy’s is also the place to go for Sunday brunch. Each Sunday, from 10:30 – 2:00 experience Sunday Blues Brunch with lemon ricotta pancakes, fried chicken and waffles and a variety of infused vodka or tequila cocktails. The bar stays open after 2:15 serving football food (wings, nachos, etc) until dinner service starts at 5pm. Two TVs are available in the bar and one on the patio for watching NFL games.
