Fresh, local, and seasonal underlies the entire menu of Denver’s Satchel’s on 6th. Tucked away off of Denver’s 6th avenue, Satchel’s offers its guests the kind of food that can be feasted upon every day, or that people certainly wish they could feast upon every day. Integrating flavors that span the entire Mediterranean region, the cuisines of French, Greek, Italian, and beyond speckle the menu from start to finish.

Beginning with small plates that will wet anyone and everyone’s appetite, guests can enjoy an olive oil tasting with oils such as 46 Parallelo and Villa Magra. After your palate is properly oiled up, you can move on to Duck Fat Fries topped with sea salt and parmesan, a Satchel’s Pretzel served with honey mustard and cheese sauce, or Lamb Sliders with harissa aioli and tzatziki sauce. For those who love a generous helping of a high-quality French cheese, they can indulge on Camembert and Fingerling Potatoes sweetened with a side of fig spread. Those who enjoy some meat with their cheese would relish in the Charcuterie Board composed of capicola, prosciutto, Olympic Provisions salami, and a cheese helping of taleggio and manchego.

Moving on to some larger plates that will quench even the heartiest of appetites, roasted duck breast drizzled with a cherry reduction that comes with a wild mushroom risotto. A taste of something southern comes in the form of Bourbon Pork with sweet potato hash. Veggie lovers may feast upon the Vegetable Gallete dotted with dollops of goat cheese and dressed with a balsamic reduction. For a dish that provides a diverse tasting, the Trifecta includes a lamb slider, lobster slider, and a brooks slider.

Open 6 nights a week for dinner, Satchel’s on 6th has your dinner covered for almost any night of the week. Beyond dinner, Satchel’s also offers private parties, holiday parties, and private dinners. Private dinners take place in Satchel’s Gallery Room that includes seats for up to 20 guests. The bar can also be reserved during normal business hours holding up to 14 guests.
