fuel cafeFuel Cafe is inspired by the most local cuisine: urban gardens surrounding the restaurant.  Because of their fresh menu, Fuel Cafe’s menu options change monthly to ensure the freshest menu choices.Chef/owner Bob Blair strives to to stay true to his roots and passion for food with the use of local ingredients.

Fuel Cafe’s patio was recently voted by Eater Denver as one of the top 10 best in Denver which is no surprise because Fuel’s patio is surrounded by an herb garden.  Head over to their patio for a welcomed change of pace from the sights of a big city.

Fuel offers brunch, lunch, dinner and a happy hour.  Example of brunch items include homemade scones, PBR breakfast, Meg’s French toast with citrus vanilla mascarpone and fruit compote or frisco caldo which is a montasio cheese, potato and leek pancake with green salad, fried egg and choice of sausage or bacon.  Happy hour specials includes a beer and burger special for $10, $4 hummus feta flat bread, half priced beers and cocktails.

For lunch and dinner, Fuel Cafe offers delicious small plates and entrees like Colorado striped bass, spinach pasta, flat bread pizzas, lamb ragu or beef brisket sandwich.

Brunch: Sunday 10am-2pm

Lunch: Monday-Friday 11am-3pm

Dinner: Wednesday-Saturday 5-9pm
