Chef James Mazzio has always had a passion for sandwich making, and despite his immense success in the gourmet restaurant business, he knew that his ultimate dream would be to open a deli.
He succeeded, and opened a deli that serves the classics such as the BLT, Tuna Melt, and Cubano. With attention and scrutiny over every ingredient used in the building of his sandwiches, he is able to achieve perfection. Butter lettuce, smoked chicken, and five pepper bacon make the cut. For tomatoes, only beefsteak will do, holding their own distinctive texture and shape in his layered wonders.
