HornetThe Hornet is located off Broadway and First avenue and is known as a local hangout in the Baker neighborhood.  The Hornet features familiar American cuisine and flavors of ethnic dishes like Salvadoran Pupusas, cheese and potato pierogis or Mediterranean hummus and artichoke fritters with curried yogurt.

The Hornet is featuring World Cup month while the World Cup games are being played mid June to July.  They offer a family friendly environment to watch the games with no cover fees and free parking in the back.  Full menu will be available during the games.  Drink specials for the games include $3 Heineken and Strongbow drafts and $5 mules made with your choice of Absolut, Jameson or Altos Olmeca Silver.

Brunch is offered Saturday-Sunday from 10am-3pm that includes a $2 Bloody Mary bar, breakfast tacos, homemade pop-tarts, pupusas rancheros and a BLT Royale.  Happy hour at The Hornet runs everyday from 3-6pm with $3.50 drafts, wells and house wine and happy hour food is $6 or less.  Late happy hour runs 11pm-close with food happy hour specials from 10pm-midnight.
