to the windTo The Wind Bistro is a small restaurant, only 19 seats, but has caused a huge following even though it just recently opened.  To The Wind Bistro is tucked away on East Colfax in Congress Park, and you could easily pass it if you weren’t looking for it.  To The Wind Bistro has gotten much attention for their seasonal menu and quality ingredients.  They were recently voted as one of the 25 best restaurants in Denver for 2014 by 5280 magazine.

Menu changes seasonally, like the wind, and some current fall menu items include salad with butter lettuce, gala apples, walnuts, blue cheese and apple vinaigrette, Chanterelle dusted monkfish with quinoa, heirloom tomato salad and lemon yogurt or Sweet potato gnocchi with mushrooms, Brussels sprouts and creme fraiche.

Though To The Wind Bistro doesn’t take reservations, they do take call ahead seating.  You can call 20-30 minutes ahead before you plan to be there.  If there’s an open table, they will save it for you.  Come see what all the fuss is about for this little restaurant.

Tuesday-Thursday 5-9pm

Friday and Saturday 5-10pm
